Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless in writing. The registration fee is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 30 days of the course start date are non-refundable but fully transferable (subject to Board approval) to any persons within the same organisation or other nominations.

Programme Cancellation
In the event that the programme is cancelled a full refund will be made.

Course Fee
The published programme fee is 5099,- € NET or
3999,- € NET early bird registration which includes:

• Course fees;
• Accommodation (5 nights);
• All meals/coffee/tea breaks;
• Training documents/Course Materials;
• Site Tours;
• Social Programme;
• All course-related transport;
• Certification & Alumni Enrolment.

Fee does not include personal expenses, international travel, nor travel to/ from the venue at start/close of course. Students should arrive evening of Sunday before the course starts.

Travel Insurance
Students are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance including coverage for non-refundable course registration fees. All insurance must be purchased in the student's country of residence.

Visas
It is the student's responsibility to ensure they possess appropriate visas and documentation prior to travel. For more information please contact your nearest embassy or consulate.

Disclaimer
Students attend the course at their own risk. No liability is accepted for any loss, inaccuracy, delay, damage or personal injury/death. EVMI reserves the right to amend programme and substitute speakers, tutors and modules without prior notice. Programme correct at press date.

Payment of Fees
For the reservation of the seat a payment of 1000 Euro must be made in the following two weeks after acceptance of registration.
Full payment must be effected until latest 10 April 2013.
Upon receipt of payment a tax invoice/receipt will be issued to confirm the student's participation. Please advise VAT number if corporate invoice is to be issued

Method of Payment
EVMI does not accept credit card payments. We recommend payment via international bank transfer. All transfers should be net of bank transfer fees/charges to the following bank account:
